By ordering from SorrowMods, you agree to the Terms & Conditions below. These terms apply to the whole website, emails, and any communications with SorrowMods. The SorrowMods team is not liable for direct, indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost data or profits, arising out of the use or inability to use the contents on this site, even if we have been informed of the potential of such damages. If your use of this site’s resources requires service, repair, or data correction, you’re responsible. SorrowMods isn’t liable for any results from using our materials. We can alter rates and the usage policy at any time.

Registration
You may be required to register with the site. You agree to keep your password confidential and accept responsibility for any activities that occur under your account and password. SorrowMods holds no duty or obligation for Third-Party Services, neither to you nor to any other person or entity.
Dispute Notice
In the case of a dispute, you must provide SorrowMods with a Notice of Issue, which is a written declaration that includes your name, contact information, the circumstances giving rise to the dispute, and the relief sought. Any Notice of Dispute must be sent through email to:[email protected]. Both parties agree to try to resolve any issue via informal dialogue within 30 days of receiving the Notice of Dispute. You or SorrowMods may initiate arbitration after 30 days.
Warranties
SorrowMods delivers the website and all its services “AS IS” without any warranty. SorrowMods, its affiliates, and their respective licensors and service providers do not promise that the website will meet your expectations, accomplish your intended outcomes, run without interruption, meet performance or reliability standards, or be error-free. SorrowMods doesn’t guarantee the authenticity, reliability, or currency of website material.
Typographical Errors
We retain the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for a product or service that was advertised with inaccurate pricing or information due to a typographical mistake. In the event that this occurs, we will notify the customer of our decision to either refuse or cancel their purchase. This consists of orders that have previously been confirmed and for which the payment processing has been completed. If payment has already been completed for the order, we will grant you with store credit in the form of gift card(s). Under these conditions, we have the right to refuse or cancel any orders that have been placed.
Promotions
